Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the real estate sector.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategic plans.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote the company and establish connections.
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Client Management:
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
