Job Description
Location: Mangalore (with travel as required)
Position:Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
- Generate new business for Hotel, Restaurant, and Aster Lab / Medical Center clients
- Identify potential clients, build pipeline and close deals
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with candidates, clients and internal team incase if he has to go for Interview Drive
2. Market Research & Reporting:
- Market mapping, competitor analysis and lead generation
- Daily reporting of activities, client visits and closures to Management
- Represent HERAA INTERNATIONAL in business meetings and events
Candidate Requirements:
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2-5 years experience in Business Development
Salary: Negotiable
