About the Company

Indifi Technologies, founded in 2015, is a Gurgaon-based online platform for enabling debt-financing of up to INR 50 lakhs for small businesses. It aims to substantially improve the experience for borrowers regarding the speed of approval and disbursement, the convenience of the loan process, the relevance of the loan product to their business needs, and finding the best rates in the market. Driven by the idea of expanding access to MSME financing in India, Indifi has emerged as an enabler for start-ups and small businesses to seek seamless access to funding. Indifi's tech-led approach to lending helps analyse data of businesses from various ecosystem sources (partners) and draws insights to judge their credit worthiness. Through its tech interventions Indifi has been successful in making the loan process digital for both lenders and MSMEs by minimizing risk, reducing paperwork, associated costs; while providing a simple and hassle free experience of setting the businesses on the path to growth.

About the Role

We're looking for team members who can turn conversations into collaborations and ideas into scalable alliances - rockstar BD folks, with deep knowledge of Business Lending!

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners
• Drive partnerships for Business Loans, SCF, BNPL etc
• Coordinate with Product/Tech teams for smooth partner integration
• Create partner proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
• Track partner performance and disbursement metrics

Qualifications

Preferred Experience - 2+ years in Business Development in Lending/Fintech

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of Business Loans in Lending

Preferred Skills

Experience in Fintech
