We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will own the inbound sales pipeline — converting qualified leads into long-term clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, understanding their digital marketing needs, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals that fuel SRV Media's growth.

Key Responsibilities
▸ Lead Conversion: Manage and convert inbound leads from calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website enquiries into paying clients.
▸ Needs Assessment: Understand each prospect's business goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Web).
▸ Proposal & Pitching: Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements aligned with client budgets and objectives.
▸ Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the complete sales cycle from first contact to deal closure, ensuring seamless onboarding handover to the delivery team.
▸ Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets; track performance against defined KPIs.
▸ CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM (leads, follow-ups, pipeline stage, closure probability).
▸ Client Relationship: Build strong client relationships to drive referrals, upsells, and repeat business.
▸ Market Intelligence: Stay current on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to sharpen sales conversations.
▸ Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, content, design) to ensure proposals are realistic and deliverable.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
▸ 4+ years of inbound sales experience, within a digital marketing agency or martech company
▸ Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
▸ Strong understanding of digital marketing services — SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development
▸ Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Hindi a plus
▸ Experience working with a CRM tool (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
▸ Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
▸ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
Good to Have:
▸ Exposure to proposal writing and client presentation delivery
▸ Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.)
