Paradiso Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager - Inbound Sales for a remote, UK-shift role.
We are looking for a strong B2B sales professional with 5-6 years of experience in inbound sales, business development, inside sales, IT sales, SaaS sales, LMS sales, or enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling international clients, managing inbound leads, conducting product or service demos, and owning the complete sales lifecycle from first engagement to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify inbound leads through emails, calls, and live product/service demonstrations
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from initial engagement to successful deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Respond professionally to customer queries across multiple channels
- Conduct customized product demos aligned with client needs
- Drive revenue growth through closures and consistent follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM
- Analyze lead quality, conversion trends, and sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to improve sales efficiency
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in inbound sales, business development, inside sales, or client-facing sales roles
- 4+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Experience in IT, SaaS, LMS, enterprise software, or technology services preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with international clients is preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales funnels, and lead management
- Strong demo, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings
