KaroStartup is one of India's leading startup storytelling platforms, working closely with founders, startups, and businesses nationwide. We don't just create content. We connect, understand, and amplify founder journeys through storytelling, media, and community. This is not a typical sales role.
This position focuses on becoming the face of KaroStartup and building strong relationships with founders across India. You will primarily engage on LinkedIn, connecting with founders, understanding their journeys, and bringing their stories to our platform.
You will also help drive collaborations and partnerships by effectively communicating KaroStartup's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Founder Outreach and Relationship Building
Connect with founders and startups via LinkedIn
Build meaningful conversations and long-term relationships
Understand their journeys, challenges, and businesses
Act as the face of KaroStartup in external conversations
Clearly communicate our offerings, including storytelling, media, and founder features
Create opportunities for collaborations and partnerships
Identify compelling founder stories
Conduct basic founder interviews (text or video)
Translate insights into engaging content ideas
- Personal Branding on LinkedIn
Actively use and grow your LinkedIn presence
Post and engage with startup-related content
Build your personal brand within the startup ecosystem
- Video and Reel Content (Optional but Important)
Create short-form content such as reels or shorts
Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
Participate in founder conversations or podcasts
What This Role Is Not
- No hard sales targets
- No aggressive pitching
- Not a traditional business development or sales role
This role focuses on relationship building, storytelling, and ecosystem engagement.
Compensation
CTC: 3,60,000 - 4,60,000 per year
