Role - Drive sales growth and market expansion of CNC cutting machines across multiple verticals (Garment, Automotive, Footwear, Signage, Packaging, Foam, Interiors and Office Space, Gasket & Seals, Rubber Processing, and Industrial Automation). The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, and execution of sales targets aligned with IKON's vision of becoming a market leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries.
- Work on IKON's B2B Platform Leads and Inside Sales Leads.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for the IKON Product Portfolio.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive support and after-sales service coordination.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyse competitor benchmarking and market trends.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Team and Management to design pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
4. Partnership Engagement
- Identify, Evaluate and onboard Vertical-wise Project consultants.
- Build partnerships with Vertical-wise Industry associations.
- Represent IKON at industry forums to enhance brand visibility
5. Technical Demo & Commercial Support
- Work closely with technical teams to address client demos of machines.
- Prepare cost models, ROI analyses, and solution proposals for clients.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline dashboards.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to management.
- Document client feedback and suggest product improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business; MBA preferred, but experience will be valuable.
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial equipment sales (preferably CNC/automation).
- Strong technical understanding of CNC cutting machines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
