We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with strong expertise in software and IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and expanding Identixweb's global client base using multiple lead generation channels.

Roles & Responsibilities Business Development Manager

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for software and e-commerce development services.
  • Software sales across domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social selling.
  • Execute email marketing and outbound email campaigns for global prospects.
  • Handle inbound leads from website inquiries, contact forms, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct strategic cold outreach via calls and emails.
  • Build leads through referrals, partnerships, and existing client networks.
  • Participate in webinars, virtual events, industry forums, and professional networking platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
  • Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reports using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with project management and delivery teams for smooth project handover.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Skills for Business Development Manager

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development / Software Sales / IT Services Sales.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, custom software development, and SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience in handling global clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Strong focus on achieving targets and understanding business needs.
