Business Development Manager

IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research is a comprehensive multi-specialty hospital dedicated to providing rehabilitation services for differently-abled children. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thrissur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to organizational growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing and executing business strategies, maintaining partnerships, and identifying funding or revenue-generating opportunities while ensuring alignment with the institute's mission and objectives.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Negotiations
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building abilities
• Experience in Market Analysis, Research, and Sales Strategy Development
• Familiarity with the healthcare or rehabilitation sector is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
