Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 48 years of relevant industry experience in Waste Water Treatment, Water Treatment, Environmental Engineering, or related sectors. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
Generate leads and convert them into sales for waste water treatment projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
Prepare proposals, techno-commercial offers, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for project execution.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and site visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA (Marketing / Business Development) preferred.
48 years of experience in Business Development within Waste Water Treatment / Water TreatmentSolutions industry.
Strong understanding of STP, ETP, WTP systems and project sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
