Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Raipur Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Mining & Manufacturing Industry, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and developing growth strategies in the HR Staffing Industry.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify and pursue business opportunities in Mining & Manufacturing Industry.
• Relationship-building expertise to establish and maintain client and partner confidence.
• Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing presentations and client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
