Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies for increased sales, and executing marketing activities. The role includes conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

• Business development, client relationship management, and account management skills
• Experience in sales strategy, market research, and preparing business proposals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of the solar energy market and renewable energy industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
