Dad's Hack is a fast-growing craft beverage brand reimagining gut-friendly, low-sugar drinks for the modern Indian consumer. From our premium craft Kombucha to the upcoming Kombucha Concentrate for bars and cafés, we're building a new-age beverage category that's functional and  flavourful.

We are now expanding our HORECA footprint and looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong hospitality network to drive growth across hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, bars, and microbreweries.

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager – HORECA, you will lead the expansion of Dad's Hack Kombucha and our new Kombucha Concentrate across on-premise channels. You'll work closely with the founders to develop business growth plans, manage relationships with key accounts, and help shape how Dad's Hack becomes the go-to low-sugar mixer for mocktails and cocktails across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and microbreweries.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new HORECA partners, distributors, and stockists across key cities.
  • Introduce and sample Dad's Hack Kombucha and Kombucha Concentrate to key on-premise customers to drive menu adoption.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with bartenders, mixologists, and beverage consultants to showcase Dad's Hack in innovative low-sugar mocktail/cocktail serves.
  • Create and lead a Bartender & Brand Ambassador Program to build advocacy, brand education, and product trials in key markets.
  • Execute training, menu placements, and promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and staff engagement.
  • Conduct regular market visits and trade activations to track brand performance and gather insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan events, brand collaborations, and category storytelling initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the on-premise beverage space.
  • Support sales forecasting, account management, and reporting to align with business growth targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Min 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in the beverage industry (mocktails, tonic, beer, or syrups).
  • Strong network in HORECA, especially among premium bars, cafés, hotels, and microbreweries.
  • Established connections with bartenders, beverage managers, and bar programs is a strong plus.
  • Background in hospitality management
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic, and passionate about better-for-you beverages and modern bar culture.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with travel and hands-on fieldwork across markets.
