Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solan for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing proposals, giving presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role includes analyzing market trends and competitors to inform strategies that drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong Presentation, Negotiation, and Communication Skills.
  • Proficiency with Market Research, Market Analysis, and Identifying Business Opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the elevator industry or construction sector is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required for client and project engagements.
