Key Responsibilities
- The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and educate assigned customers on Kirloskar Powergen products.
- The role involves providing technical advice to Consultant, architects, engineers Influencers or decision makers in order to secure specifications early in the design process.
- The job holder is responsible for key project specification of Kirloskar Powergen products, supporting the sales team in their efforts to sell a variety of product solutions.
- Proven experience of Specification Sales or Business Development dealing with customers like Consultant / Architects and Influencers with a high level of knowledge of understanding of Genset complete solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude.
KRA:
1) Business development in new & emerging segments & engineering Support to MEP consultants.
2) Value creation through solutions selling approach.
3) Technical support to GOEM, & KGDs.
4)Enquiry / Lead tracking and monitoring at micro level right from inception level and to provide right solutions.
5) Customer relationship management.
6) Market Intelligence
