Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting and promoting HerboCleanz products, and designing sales strategies to achieve targets. They will also ensure client satisfaction, nurture relationships with existing accounts, and provide updates and reports to the sales leadership team. Regularly visiting potential leads, conducting product demonstrations, and keeping abreast of market trends are also key responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship building
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet clients and close deals
  • Previous experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or cleaning products is a plus
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools
