Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jaipur. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop relationships with brands, agencies, and other key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate HeloAdz solutions. The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams (such as operations and product) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
