Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jaipur. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop relationships with brands, agencies, and other key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate HeloAdz solutions. The Business Development Manager will negotiate contracts, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams (such as operations and product) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with effective stakeholder management and customer success orientation.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or platform features in clear, business-focused terms.
  • Experience in advertising, media, SaaS, or related industries, preferably with exposure to digital out-of-home or outdoor advertising.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic data interpretation to inform strategy and track performance.
  • Self-driven work style, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel locally or regionally for client meetings as needed.
