We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development (Sales) professional to drive new business opportunities.
Role: Business Development Manager (47 Years Experience)Key Requirements:
- 47 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in the PR, Advertising, or Marketing Communications industry.
- Strong understanding of PR services, agency operations and client servicing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong networks and represent the company professionally.
Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new clients for PR and marketing communications services.
- Attend industry events, conferences and networking meetings across Delhi NCR and other cities as required.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads.
- Meet founders, marketing heads and decision-makers to pitch agency capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and pitch decks.
- Understand client requirements and convert leads into long-term accounts.
- Comfortable with frequent travel for business meetings and events.
Work Mode & Timings:- Work From Office (WFO): Monday to Friday
- WFH option: Up to 2 days per month when required
- Location: Noida Sector 62
Salary:- As per market standards; based on experience and skillset.
