Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships, scale our medical referral networks, and lead community and corporate outreach across Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Referral Network Development: Build, nurture, and scale robust strategic relationships with doctors, medical specialists, clinics, and hospital networks to drive patient referral volumes.
- Sports & Fitness Ecosystem Engagement: Establish high-impact partnerships with sports academies, athletic trainers, coaches, gyms, and fitness centers to promote injury prevention and specialized rehabilitation programs.
- Corporate Wellness Initiatives: Connect directly with HR heads, administration, and corporate leaders across Hyderabad to pitch, design, and execute employee wellness initiatives, health screenings, and preventive health workshops.
- Community Outreach & B2C Marketing: Identify and coordinate with residential communities, apartment associations, and local clubs to run health camps, diagnostic awareness drives, and interactive wellness programs.
- Brand Activation & Event Management: Represent the organization at industry conferences, medical exhibitions, and local events to boost brand visibility and on-ground customer acquisition.
- Lead Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a structured CRM/database of leads, active partnerships, and conversion metrics, delivering weekly performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Core Experience: Minimum 5 years of verified success in B2B healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or corporate wellness partnerships.
- Local Network: An active, preexisting network within Hyderabad's healthcare, corporate, or sports ecosystem is highly advantageous.
- Competencies: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, high-level negotiation capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
