About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Head to drive growth for Test Yantra's Quality Assurance (QA) services portfolio, which is the company's core service offering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling QA, testing, and quality engineering services and solutions to enterprise customers and a proven track record of building and closing mid to large service deals.

This role requires a highly motivated sales leader who can identify new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and position Test Yantra's QA capabilities to help clients improve software quality and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth for Test Yantra's QA and Quality Engineering services.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technology leaders within client organisations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to position Test Yantra's testing services, automation frameworks, and quality engineering solutions.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution discussions, capability presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with delivery, Project managers and QA practice teams to design tailored testing solutions for clients.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through deal closure and account expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for large-scale testing engagements including automation, performance testing, digital testing, and managed QA services.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to support strategic partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, and industry outreach.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Represent Test Yantra in industry events, client meetings, and strategic discussions to enhance the company's market presence.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1012 years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on QA services, testing services, or quality engineering solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling QA services to enterprise clients and closing large deals.
  • Strong understanding of software testing services including manual testing, test automation, performance testing, and digital quality engineering.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and strategic account management.
  • Strong network within enterprise technology or digital transformation teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with technical delivery teams to shape QA solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive account growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
