We work with ambitious brands across industries and are now looking to grow that impact through a smart, driven Business Development Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the bridge between great work and the brands that need it. This role is about spotting opportunities, starting conversations, and helping us work with the kind of clients we love and who love what we do.

Your role will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to high-potential brands across sectors (startups, D2C, legacy companies)
  • Managing the sales process end to end: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closure
  • Attending client meetings in Chennai and traveling to other metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams on proposals, pitch decks, and solutioning
  • Building and maintaining a live pipeline with regular tracking and reporting
  • Staying curious and updated on brand trends, marketing conversations, and creative work across industries

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales roles (preferably in creative, digital, or marketing services)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with which you can write a crisp email and hold your own in a room
  • Based in Chennai, willing to work hybrid and travel for meetings when needed
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, and basic CRM tools (or willing to learn fast)
  • Independent, proactive, and excited to grow with the team
  • Have worked in an agency or sold creative/marketing services before
  • Have a network of marketing heads, brand managers, or startup founders
  • Follow brand work and enjoy spotting what's working and why

Location

Chennai (Hybrid). You'll work out of our office and travel for key meetings when required.
