Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client acquisition, sales strategy, and deal closure, along with the ability to build lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Fluency in Marathi (reading and speaking) is mandatory. The role requires travel within Mumbai and, as needed, across Maharashtra and other locations for client meetings and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue and client acquisition
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through meetings and pitches
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive account mining to maximize revenue from existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead and support pitch presentations and business proposals
- Build strong client relationships and understand evolving business needs
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor strategies
- Manage and mentor team members to improve performance
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to account teams

Preferred Skill
- 4–6 years of experience in business development or sale
