Business Development Managers / Sales Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership and business continuity.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends.
- Handle field sales activities, including client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
