Business Development Manager

We are hiring a seasoned Business Development Leader for a strategic hunter role focused on BFSI IT Professional Services sales across India, APAC, and the Middle East.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 15+ years of experience and a strong track record in new logo acquisition within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, GCCs, and FinTech ecosystems.

Based out of Pune, the role will drive growth by engaging with regional banks, insurers, asset managers, NBFCs, and Global Capability Centers while positioning AI-powered transformation services including Generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud transformation, data & analytics, and digital modernization solutions.

The ideal candidate should bring:

✔ Strong BFSI domain understanding

✔ Proven experience managing large, complex IT services deals

✔ Executive-level stakeholder management skills

✔ Exposure to AI/ML, cloud, analytics, and automation offerings

✔ Experience working across India/APAC/ME markets

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to global leadership, aggressive incentive structure, strong pre-sales support, and the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programs with leading financial institutions.
