Job Summary

Drive sales and client relations by managing commercial offers, negotiating with carriers, and maintaining key accounts for logistics services connecting French overseas islands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and handle commercial offers and tenders to secure business opportunities
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with subsidiaries and clients in French Overseas Islands to strengthen relationships
  • Prospect and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate purchasing terms with airlines, ocean carriers, and third-party providers to optimize costs
  • Manage the agent network and maintain carrier and airline relationships to ensure service quality
  • Monitor key account clients through tracking, reporting, and margin analysis to sustain profitability
  • Plan and build ongoing and future consolidation shipments (LCL/FCL) to meet client logistics needs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels using strong interpersonal skills
  • Conduct transactions and communications fluently in French to support business operations
  • Maintain availability across multiple time zones to coordinate daily activities efficiently
  • Undertake sales trips to French Overseas Islands to support client engagement and business development
