Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in freight forwarding sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through Air, Sea and Land Freight solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Customs Clearance). 2) Conduct meetings with potential clients generated through proposed leads, networking, and market research, with the objective of converting them into profitable business opportunities. 3) Visit clients and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand their logistics needs. 4) Prepare and deliver sales pitch and presentations to prospects and clients. 5) Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery. 6) Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas. 7) Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients in the CRM system. Key Requirements: A) Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Logistics or related field. B) Min 5-10 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales. C) Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. D) Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work under pressure. E) Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. F) Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
