Job Summary

PNB MetLife is inviting applications from dynamic professionals for the position of Distribution Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the distribution network, managing a team of insurance advisors, driving recruitment, and ensuring achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Distribution Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of life insurance advisors to improve productivity and performance.
2. Advisor Recruitment: Identify potential candidates and manage sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new advisors/team members.
3. Team Development: Facilitate training and development activities to improve the knowledge and capabilities of the team.
4. Business Planning: Coordinate with senior management to implement effective sales and marketing initiatives.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance and take appropriate steps to achieve business targets.
6. Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate recruitment, advisor, and performance-related documentation.
7. Relationship Management: Develop positive working relationships with advisors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
