About the Role
Responsibilities
- Investor Sourcing & Prospecting:
- Identify and connect with potential investors interested in franchise opportunities, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust investor pipeline for targeted regions.
- Pitching & Negotiation:
- Develop compelling investor pitches that clearly communicate the business model, ROI potential, and competitive advantages. Conduct one-on-one meetings, webinars, and presentations to engage and convince potential partners.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Market & Business Understanding:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory aspects of franchising. Advise investors on location selection, market feasibility, and business projections.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for new investors post agreement.
Qualifications
- Graduation
- Post-Graduation
- Special Course
Required Skills
- Communication Skills: Very important, good convincing skills
- Languages Known: English, Hindi, Gujarati
Preferred Skills
- Proven track record in securing high-value investors or franchise partners.
- Strong business and financial understanding ability to explain ROI models, P&L, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network in the business/investment community is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary Budget (Min-Max Range): 6LPA 8 LPA. If the candidate is relocating then 6LPA 10LPA
