About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Investor Sourcing & Prospecting:
  • Identify and connect with potential investors interested in franchise opportunities, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain a robust investor pipeline for targeted regions.
  • Pitching & Negotiation:
  • Develop compelling investor pitches that clearly communicate the business model, ROI potential, and competitive advantages. Conduct one-on-one meetings, webinars, and presentations to engage and convince potential partners.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Market & Business Understanding:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory aspects of franchising. Advise investors on location selection, market feasibility, and business projections.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for new investors post agreement.

Qualifications

  • Graduation
  • Post-Graduation
  • Special Course

Required Skills

  • Communication Skills: Very important, good convincing skills
  • Languages Known: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record in securing high-value investors or franchise partners.
  • Strong business and financial understanding ability to explain ROI models, P&L, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network in the business/investment community is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary Budget (Min-Max Range): 6LPA 8 LPA. If the candidate is relocating then 6LPA 10LPA
