Job Description

Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the US market to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Present company services and solutions to decision-makers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and demos.
Develop customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably for US clients.
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work setup.
Comfortable working in US time zones.
