Job Description – Business Development Manager-BDM-FMCG Co @ Bangalore /South Karnataka

CTC: Maximum gross up to 15 LPA

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented professional from the FMCG Foods industry, capable of leading sales and distribution operations with strong people management and execution skills.

Preferred Background

• Purely from FMCG / Foods industry
• Age group: 35–40 years preferred
• Qualification: MBA
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in any FMCG Food industry as RSM/ZSM

Key Requirements

• Must have grown through the ranks from Frontline Sales to Senior Area Sales Manager level with proven performance and leadership capability
• Minimum years of recent experience in an aggressive FMCG Foods environment
• Strong exposure to sales and distribution management with proven execution capability
• Hands-on experience in achieving and driving sales objectives across assigned territories
• Must have managed a business volume of INR 100 Crores+

Territory Exposure

• Must have handled South Karnataka, including Bangalore, at a micro-market level
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory
