About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sales Manager – B2B to lead and scale our institutional business for organic products. This role requires a strong industry network, proven ability to close large deals, and capability to build a sustainable B2B sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Lead B2B growth across key segments:
  • Distributors & super stockists
  • HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
  • Corporate & institutional clients
  • Wellness, organic, and specialty stores (bulk partnerships)
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategy for B2B channel

Key Account Leadership

  • Manage and grow high-value/key accounts
  • Build CXO-level relationships with clients
  • Drive long-term contracts and strategic partnerships

Revenue Ownership

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Drive high-value deals and bulk order closures
  • Improve margins through effective pricing and negotiation

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor B2B sales executives/ASM team
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability

Market Expansion & Insights

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets
  • Track competition, pricing trends, and customer needs
  • Recommend new product opportunities based on market demand

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and finance
  • Ensure smooth execution from order to delivery to payment collection.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG / food / organic / health products)
  • Strong network in distributors, HoReCa, and institutional buyers
  • Proven track record of handling large accounts and high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in scaling B2B business from scratch or growth stage
  • Experience with reputed FMCG / food brands
  • Exposure to organic, natural, or health-focused product categories
  • Experience in handling national or regional B2B accounts
