Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales: lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
- Build and scale high-performing sales teams across global markets
- Manage pipeline, revenue targets, and key sales metrics
- Develop and optimize sales processes to improve conversion and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to execute GTM strategies
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
- Exposure to team management, pipeline handling, and revenue ownership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and automation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
