Hiring Multiple Candidates | Fast Interview Process | Global Role (Americas Focus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales: lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Build and scale high-performing sales teams across global markets
  • Manage pipeline, revenue targets, and key sales metrics
  • Develop and optimize sales processes to improve conversion and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to execute GTM strategies

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
  • Exposure to team management, pipeline handling, and revenue ownership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and automation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
