Position: Manager – Business Development

Job Location: 1. Delhi/ North India

2. Vapi/Daman/Silvassa

3. Mumbai

Salary: As per Industry standards depending on Experience & Exposure in the relevant field

Requirements:

• CIPET /B.Tech/Diploma in Polymers, Plastics
• Candidates preferred from above locations
• A minimum of 5 years of Sales & Business Development experience in Selling Masterbatches, Compounds to processors & convertors.
• Proven track record in sales and business Development with known industry connections.
• Understanding of Plastic Processing techniques.
• Fluency both in English & local language.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, convert and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues
• Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
• Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
• Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
• Timely customer support for trials and development
• Travel extensively in the region for business activities
