Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients for US Staffing solutions across various industries
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
Client Engagement & Solution Design:
Understand client hiring challenges and workforce needs
Design customized US Staffing solutions (end-to-end, project-based, or hybrid models)
Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client hiring patterns
Provide insights to leadership on market opportunities and product improvements
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
25 years of experience in business development or sales within RPO, or staffing services
Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-sized US Staffing deals
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition models, and hiring metrics
Experience handling RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations
