We are a mid size Fire solutions company based in mumbai operating since 2007 and have diverse experience . WE have plans to scale up to next higher level and looking for a dynamic leader with abilities and vision.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams, have excellent rapport with MIP in the field of MEP sales and can generate and convert valuable enquiry into viable business for mutual growth . Remuneration shall be on upper side of market expectations

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with skills in sales, strategic planning, and client relationship management
  • proven track record in the field of MEP business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in project management and team collaboration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in the fire safety industry or related sectors is a must
