Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Panchkula. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategies to grow the company's market presence. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction, as well as regular monitoring of market trends to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, sales, and account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is highly desirable
