Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets in facility management services.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the facility management sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in facility management or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and client interactions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
