We are looking for a dynamic and high-potential Business Development Manager – Exports to drive international sales growth in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
This role offers direct exposure to strategic, commercial, and market expansion initiatives across global markets, with a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing export markets, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth internationally. You will act as a strategic partner in expanding the organization's global footprint while ensuring strong execution of business objectives.
Scope of responsibilities
- Increase Export Business of Eucare Legacy products portfolio with new & existing customers and meet the annual Sales Target
- Identifying new market opportunities from New lead generation to conversion, regular follow up and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers.
- Demonstrate effective cross-cultural communication and presentation skills for conducting Product Training to customers
- Align on sales objectives, drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic initiatives
- Strong negotiation, networking skills and leadership skills, compliance management
- Preferably having experience in Exports process and handling medical device/ consumables or Pharma background in international markets
- Basic Knowledge about Regulatory compliance in Europe and other international markets,
- Strong management skills and enable collaboration across internal and cross functional teams (Production, Regulatory, Marketing, Clinical/Research etc)
- Meeting customers on regular basis, organizing and attending events and exhibitions
- Contributing and developing long-term Business plans and strategies for Exports
- Track competitor activity, market trends and ensuring compliance with export regulations and logistics

Prior experience in export sales, international business development, key account management, or handling global markets will be preferred. Experience in a fast-growing or competitive business environment is an added advantage.
