About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Leap Scholar, you will play a key role in driving BTL (Below-the-Line) activities, lead generation, and strategic partnerships across HubliDharwad and the North Karnataka region.

This role focuses on building strong alliances with colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other educational institutions. You will work on developing long-term institutional relationships, organizing campus engagement activities, and promoting the Leap Scholar brand through innovative offline initiatives.

You will also identify new partnership opportunities and execute creative marketing strategies to generate leads and expand our presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, coaching centers, and educational institutions across HubliDharwad and North Karnataka.
  • Conduct campus engagement activities and events to generate student leads.
  • Promote Leap Scholar's brand and services within the education ecosystem through targeted outreach.
  • Identify and develop new institutional partnerships and collaborations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as college management, placement cells, and faculty.
  • Execute offline marketing campaigns and BTL activities to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, admissions) to improve conversions and institutional engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Freshers and candidates with 04 years of experience in business development, sales, or the education sector are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in education, partnerships, and field-based business development.
  • Familiarity with HubliDharwad and the North Karnataka education ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, travel locally, and meet institutions regularly.
  • Creative mindset to develop innovative outreach and partnership strategies.
