Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and well-connected Ex-Serviceman (Major/Captain Rank) from the

Indian Army or Paramilitary Forces to join our team as a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate

should have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and the ability to liaise with clients,

end-users, in the defense sector. The role requires extensive travel and engagement with government

agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting defense organizations, paramilitary forces, and

government agencies.

Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and end-

users in the defense sector.

Represent the company in meetings, defense exhibitions, and industry events.

Identify new business opportunities and ensure smooth coordination between the company and

defense clients.

Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and business development initiatives.

Provide insights on defense procurement trends and market dynamics.

Travel extensively across India to meet clients, government officials, and defense representatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Rank: Major/Captain or equivalent from the Indian Army or Paramilitary Forces.

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of service with experience in liaison, administration, or

procurement.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional language

knowledge is a plus).

Strong liaison and networking abilities with government agencies and defense

establishments.

Experience in marketing, business development, or procurement within the defense sector is

an advantage.

Ability to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in handling defense procurement, contracts, or vendor relations.

Candidates who have worked with CAPFs, or MoD-related projects.
