Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective corporate clients for group health plans and wellness benefits
- Gather and understand detailed requirements from clients, including team demographics, coverage expectations, and service needs
- Coordinate with internal actuarial/pricing teams and external insurance partners to build competitive quotes and benefit structures
- Prepare and present customised proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring clarity on coverage and value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners to ensure timely pricing, approvals, and smooth onboarding
- Work closely with the client success and onboarding teams to ensure seamless policy implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in group health insurance
- Maintain accurate pipeline data using CRM tools, and provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in health insurance, employee benefits, or insurtech
- Strong understanding of pricing mechanics
- Experience in preparing and negotiating corporate quotes and benefit structures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with both clients and insurers
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with TPAs, insurers, or insurtech companies
- Understanding of claim processes and servicing requirements in the group health space
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
