Job Description

The Opportunity: In this role, you will lead the growth of our comprehensive enterprise solution portfolio. Your sales responsibilities will cut across custom e-learning content development, marketing automation solutions, workforce development initiatives, and bespoke learning services tailored for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the enterprise sales strategy to expand market share and revenue in designated regions.
  • Own revenue, market share, and P&L goals with a sharp focus on sales efficiency, collections, and target closure.
  • Map key accounts, identify decision-makers across large hospitals, pharma companies, and allied healthcare enterprises, and navigate deals directly at the CXO level.
  • Collaborate closely with digital marketing, product, and support teams to drive qualified lead generation and exceptional customer onboarding experiences.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Industry Domain Experts: A strong, structural understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, hospitals, or pharmaceutical networks.
  • Tech-Led Product Sales Background: Proven experience in tech-led product sales, SaaS, IT services, or digital learning consulting.
  • Agency Professionals with Revenue Ownership: Candidates from marketing or advertising agencies are highly welcome, provided you carried direct revenue responsibility and managed strategic client portfolios.
  • High Ambiguity Performers: Comfort navigating complex enterprise sales structures, handling high-pressure objections, and managing extended matrix organizations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.
  • 7–12 years of progressive B2B enterprise sales or business development experience with a consistent track record of delivering against heavy commitments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-impact presentation skills.
