Hunter Role: Business Development Manager – Engineering Services (Industrial Vertical) – US Market
Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with strong hunting capabilities and proven experience in Engineering Services sales for the US market.
The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales engagements including prospecting, solution positioning, customer relationship management, commercial discussions, proposal management, and revenue closure.
The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to Industrial, Heavy Engineering, Process, Manufacturing, or Plant Engineering domains along with experience selling Engineering Services, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Engineering, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the company's leadership team and play a strategic role in expanding Creative's Industrial Engineering Services business across North America.
Experience:
- 7 – 15+ years of experience in B2B Engineering Services sales
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing and closing business opportunities in the US market
- Proven experience in hunting new logos and growing strategic accounts

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development and sales activities for the North America market
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in Industrial, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Energy, Process, or Plant Engineering domains
- Build and manage strong CXO, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement-level customer relationships
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to opportunity closure
- Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and leadership teams to develop customized engineering and digital transformation solutions
- Lead customer presentations, solution discussions, proposal reviews, and commercial negotiations
- Develop strategic account plans and drive account mining initiatives
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline visibility and forecasting through CRM platforms
- Track market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape within Industrial Engineering Services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven sales experience in B2B engineering and technology services environment
- Hand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, PipeDrive)
