Danfoss is looking for Business Development Manager Key Accounts with passion towards driving growth by managing & expanding relationships with the large end users from diverse industries. The preferred candidate will bring in minimum 10-12 years of relevant industry experience as well as strong personal drive to reach the goals. This role combines strategic business development with account management, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close high-value contract
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop tailored account plans and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure alignment of business strategies with client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum bachelor's degree for the related specialty, Post-Graduate in Business Management will be an added advantage
- Graduate in Engineering with 10-12 years of experience in developing sales strategy for B2B products
- Perform daily task indeoendently & should have business challenging thinking
- Lead team & adaptable to work in a matrix environment
