Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Manager for our E-commerce Telesales division. The candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring telesales executives, improving sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and continuous performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide training and onboarding support to telesales executives.

2. Conduct regular sessions on product knowledge, sales pitching, objection handling, and call scripting.

3. Monitor daily performance of telesales executives and ensure target achievement.

4. Track and analyze sales metrics, productivity, conversion ratios, and team performance.

5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Sales Manager.

6. Listen to sales calls and provide feedback for performance improvement.

7. Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.

8. Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and company policies.

9. Coordinate with operations and management teams for process improvements.

10. Identify skill gaps within the team and conduct refresher training sessions.

11. Motivate and guide the team to achieve business goals and productivity targets.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of telesales operations and e-commerce sales processes.

2. Excellent communication, training, and team management skills.

3. Good understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics.

4. Ability to analyze reports and provide actionable insights.

5. Strong leadership and motivational abilities.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

7. Experience in preparing sales scripts and pitch strategies.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Prior experience in e-commerce telesales management is preferred.
