Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Building & Lead Generation
• Identify and connect with potential clients through digital outreach, networking, and research
• Build and maintain a focused list of target organisations and key decision-makers
• Execute proactive lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and in-person meetings

2. Outreach, Engagement & Relationship Building
• Initiate and nurture conversations with senior stakeholders
• Act as a primary point of contact for all new client interactions
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent follow-ups

3. Meetings & Conversion Support
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership
• Travel to meet prospects and clients when required
• Support conversion of opportunities into business through structured follow-ups

4. Proposal & Commercial Support
• Develop and present tailored proposals aligned to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape relevant solutions
• Participate in commercial discussions and support negotiations

5. Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities using CRM/sales tools
• Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress
• Present pipeline status and progress updates to leadership

6. Market Awareness & Insight Building
• Stay updated on trends in corporate communication, branding, and workplace culture
• Identify business triggers (leadership changes, expansion, transformation initiatives)
• Contribute to refining outreach and positioning strategies

Who you are
Experience:
• 3–5 years in:
o Agency (BD exposure), OR
o Corporate communication / HR communication roles, OR
o B2B services / consulting
________________________________________
Education:
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, or related fields
• MBA (Marketing / Communications) preferred but not mandatory

Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident in outreach, presentations, and client conversations
• Good research and analytical ability
• Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
