Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Services Sales

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

Experience: 4–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services sales, including website development, app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services. The role involves end-to-end sales cycle management, from lead generation to closure, along with team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth within a digital agency or IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Lusha, Sales Navigator, SalesQL, email outreach, and cold calling

Build and maintain a strong pipeline across domestic and international markets (US/UK/Gulf)

Develop structured lead generation strategies and monitor team performance

IT Services Sales

Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, and sales presentations

Pitch IT and digital services including website development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital marketing

Convert prospects into long-term clients through effective value selling

Guide and support junior team members in pitching and client communication

Proposal Management

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers

Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and pricing

Review and approve proposals prepared by team members

Client Acquisition & Sales Closure

Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → follow-up → closure

Negotiate commercials and finalize deals

Maintain strong conversion ratios and drive higher deal values

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives

Set targets, track performance, and conduct regular review meetings

Support team in negotiations, closures, and handling complex prospects

Ensure adherence to CRM processes and sales discipline

Revenue & Performance Management

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Track KPIs including pipeline, conversions, and win rates

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

Handle client escalations and ensure satisfaction

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities

Provide strategic inputs to improve sales performance and positioning

Required Skills & Experience

4–7 years of experience in B2B sales within IT services or digital agency

Proven experience in selling website development, app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services

Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

Experience in team handling and sales leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
