Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong expertise in the mobile charger and consumer electronics industry. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of proven sales experience in charger, mobile accessories, or electronics manufacturing, along with an established industry network and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, OEM/ODM clients, and corporate customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Expand the company's presence in domestic and institutional markets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and monthly business reviews.
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the mobile charger, mobile accessories, or consumer electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of charger products, mobile accessories, and electronics market trends.
Excellent network with distributors, dealers, retailers, OEM/ODM customers, and key industry contacts.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with leading mobile charger or electronics brands.
Strong customer base and market connections across India.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
