Role & Responsibility Description

The Business Development Manager - Education sector is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi.

  • Generate, qualify and convert students leads through calls, emails, social media and walk-ins.
  • Conduct counselling sessions to guide prospective students about courses and career opportunities.
  • Maintains regular follow-ups with leads and manage a structured sales funnel.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly students enrollment targets.
  • Organize campus drives, seminars and workshops in collaboration with institutional and corporate partners.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Strong business development skills, including market analysis, partnership building, and opportunity identification.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of the education sector, including knowledge of stakeholders needs and priorities.
