Role & Responsibility Description
The Business Development Manager - Education sector is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi.
- Generate, qualify and convert students leads through calls, emails, social media and walk-ins.
- Conduct counselling sessions to guide prospective students about courses and career opportunities.
- Maintains regular follow-ups with leads and manage a structured sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly students enrollment targets.
- Organize campus drives, seminars and workshops in collaboration with institutional and corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- Strong business development skills, including market analysis, partnership building, and opportunity identification.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and goal-oriented mindset.
