Business Development Manager (EdTech)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives/Counselors to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments and business growth.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs such as lead conversion, revenue generation, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team effectiveness.
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing high-value opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
- Ensure proper CRM management, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent consultation and service.
