Business Development Manager (EdTech)

Experience: 3+ Years

Industry: EdTech / Education Sales

Location: Calicut/Palakkad

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives/Counselors to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments and business growth.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs such as lead conversion, revenue generation, and productivity metrics.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team effectiveness.
  • Handle escalations and support team members in closing high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Ensure proper CRM management, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent consultation and service.
